Purchasing Questions

I'm not ready for delivery yet. Can you hold my order?

Absolutely. You're welcome to delay your delivery until when you're ready. It's a good idea to purchase as soon as you can, so that the stock gets allocated to you and you don't run the risk of missing out. Just let us know in the notes field during the checkout process.

If I place an order with delivery, how long until I receive the furniture?

It depends on the items you purchase and where it's being delivered to. If all of the items are in stock and you are in Brisbane, it will usually be within a few days. If you are on one of the coasts, it will usually be within a week. If one or more of the items are out of stock, it will be once the stock arrives. Every item has their stock status on their individual product page.

Do you offer layby?

We do not offer traditional layby, however we do support multiple different buy now, pay later services.

Product Questions

Stock availability?

Most items have their "stock availability" listed on their individual product page. The items that are listed as "Out of Stock" will have a note letting you know when we are expecting the new stock to arrive. If an items has a "Check Stock" message that means we need to do a manual stock check for that item, use the contact page to ask us to do a manual stock check for you.

Delivery Questions

Can you delivery outside of your standard delivery areas?

Unfortunately we don’t organise deliveries outside of our standard delivery areas. Freighting bulky goods in Australia is often a complicated and expensive exercise. For remote areas, the best freight prices can almost always found by the customer, finding someone local that does regular trips to Brisbane. You can select the ‘Free Brisbane Pickup’ option when purchasing the item, and have the driver pickup on your behalf or, if they have a Brisbane depot, select 'Brisbane Delivery' and enter their depot address as the shipping address.

Can you unbox the furniture?

No sorry. Our delivery service is just delivery. We have found the overwhelming majority of people want the delivery service to be as cheap as possible, so that is what we have catered to.

Can you assemble the furniture?

No sorry. Our delivery service is just delivery. We have found the overwhelming majority of people want the delivery service to be as cheap as possible, so that is what we have catered to.

Do I have to be home to accept delivery?

No, you can request us to leave it somewhere safe (eg. front verandah, unlocked garage, back door, etc.). The delivery driver will then take a photo of the pieces in the location you requested as proof of delivery.

Can you deliver on the weekend?

No sorry. All deliveries are done Monday - Friday.

Will your delivery drivers take the furniture up stairs?

Usually yes, but it really depends on the difficulty. It's just a one-man delivery, and technically the terms and conditions defines it as "curb side delivery". However, we always try our best to get it to the desired location in the house. In some cases though, it’s just too hard (eg. very heavy items up stairs without the necessary amount of assistance, or bulky items up stairs with sharp corners). Removalists that do tricky ones like that have larger teams and cost a lot more than our inexpensive delivery fee.

Pickup Questions

Can you help me load my car?

Yes, we are happy to help you load heavy furniture items into your car, onto your roof racks or trailer.

Can I select my piece from the available stock?

No sorry. We have very competitive pricing because we run a very low margin / low overhead business. Our furniture is fairly well packaged and it would take us too long to unpack and repack multiple items.

Can I pickup on the weekend?

Saturday appointments are available. Read more here.
